First Week back

Hello, everyone,

My first week back was a little crazy, (as expected) but I’m finally getting back into a routine, and that’s definitely a good thing. Last week, I spent the majority of all of my free time writing exams and study guides. I had to make 7 different final exams and this week all the kids are taking them.

I didn’t do a whole lot over the weekend, soccer doesn’t pick back up for another week or so. Friday I went to the market and got some mini-bananas, and a bunch of other fruits and vegetables. Watched a movie that night, and then Saturday I walked to the mall and to this pretty big wal-mart type store to try to find some clothes. The school just changed the dress code rules for teachers, so I have to wear a shirt and tie every single day now. So I’m gonna have to go out and buy some now. Sunday I did a bunch of grading and watched the football games, and I was very pleased to see that the Cowboys lost.

I’m started reading Desiring God as well, I’ve had the book forever, talked about it forever, read the abridged version, and finally I’m starting to read it. And I thought I might be a little bored with it, but it is surprisingly pretty good, and I’m needing to hear a lot of the stuff in there again.

Anyways, things are a little more quiet this week, which is nice, with all the exams, and this weekend I’m going to El Salvador, and for spring break, in February, I’ll be going to Roatan, one of the islands in the Carribean, so I’m really excited about that.
